Tickets will go on sale shortly for HADS new production entitled “Female Parts’ a lighthearted comedy by Ray Evans. The show will run from Thursday the 29th of June to Saturday 1st July at the Memorial Hall, Station Road in Henley. Ironically, the plot involves an amateur group’s bold attempt to save the band from extinction by staging a most adventurous and lavish production hoping to bring in the crowds and increase membership! Just in case you are excited by this prospect, we must stress that there is absolutely no nudity or exploitation of men or women involved but a fair dollop of good humour laced with an improbable love story. In short, a feel-good play with a beginning, middle and spectacular ending. A summer time wine bar either indoors or outdoors weather willing, interval raffle, soft drinks and snacks! Tickets just £8.00, so avoid disappointment, book next week on-line, or pick up a paper ticket at Dukes Stationer’s, failing that just turn up at the door, we never turn folks away. Visit and soon.
