How to Reserve and Book seats
The seats are coloured according to status:
Green: Seat is available to reserve
Red: Seat has already been booked.
Orange: You have selected this seat to reserve.
White: Another user has selected this seat to reserve, but has not yet completed the reservation.
Click on a Green seat to reserve it, and it will change to Orange.
Click on an Orange set to undo the reservation, and it will change to Green.
Clicking on Red or White seats has no effect.
Once you are happy with your selection (and note you can select from all the different performances shown to reserve seats for more than one at a time) then click on the 'Reserve Chosen Seats' link at the bottom of the page.
At this point your chosen seats will be checked to make sure they are still available (i.e. no one else has managed to get there first). In the unlikely event that this has happened, you will be informed and asked to make your selection again.
If all the seats are OK, then they will be put into a temporary 'reserved' state pending payment. This must happen within 15 minutes otherwise the seats will be returned as available, and you will need to start the process again.
Once payment has been confirmed by Paypal, your seats are booked, and you will be able to print out your tickets.
Notes on Using Online Booking
:
You must register an account with us in order to book tickets online. If you have already done this, you can log on straight away (you do
not
need to create a new account to buy more tickets). If you do not have an existing account, you will be able to create one during the booking process. Choose your tickets first (click on Show Productions, choose the performance, and select your required seats). You can then confirm your choice and will be able to create an account using the link provided.
Notes on Paypal
:
Some users have reported problems with Paypal, especially when trying to use a Credit Card without a Paypal account, or trying to create one during the purchase process. We have no control over the Paypal site, but recommend the following approach to minimise any issues that may arise.
Create a Paypal account before starting to make your purchase (if you do not already have one). This should make the Paypal process simpler and faster, as all you will have to do is log on to your Paypal acount once you have been redirected to the Paypal Site and confirm the amount you are paying. Upon completion of the payment, you should be re-directed back to this site to complete the purchase and print out your tickets.
If you experience a problem at any time during this process, you can log on to your
HADS
account, and select 'View History' from the menu. This will show your completed purchases and will allow you to print (or re-print) your tickets. Please let us know immediatley if you still experience any problems.
Remember you need a HADS account to purchase tickets, and (preferably) a Paypal account to use paypal.
