Show Productions firstly shows a list of all productions yet to be shown. Click on the production name to see the showing dates.

Choose the date you would like to view from the dropdown box, and then click continue. Be sure to pick a date that is still open for booking!

The next screen, you will see the seat layout for the production and date chosen. If this is a tabled event then tables are shown as rows and the positions of tables are available on the seating plan. If it is not a tabled event then the stage is shown at the top of the page.

If a seat is GREEN, then it is available to book, tick the checkboxes of the seats you wish to book before proceeding to the next page.

If a seat is RED then it has already been taken, and is unavailable to be booked at any time.

If a seat is YELLOW this means that it is in the process of being booked by another person, if the customer completes their transaction then the seat will turn red, otherwise it will become green.

If a seat is PURPLE then a ticket has been given out, but payment has not been received. This ticket will be available on a first-come first serve basis on the door. NOTE: Payment may be received prior to the show starting, and thus the ticket is by no way guaranteed to be available.
